Above and beyond" is a term you hear often.

But it's rare when you find a company that truly does that. I brought my car in for a side mirror repair today, and I also had some marks on my car from taking a tight turn that I misjudged. I assumed the marks were scratches that would be an additional repair to be done later, so I didn't mention them. When they called to inform me the car was ready (in a very timely manner, I might add) I mentioned the marks and asked if they could take a look, so I could know what I was dealing with. Their response: "We did see those, and it was just a paint transfer so we buffed them out for you."

Not only was the non-repair issue music to my ears, but it shows how much they care about their customers. They saw a problem they were not paid to notice, checked it out, realized it was a simple fix, and fixed it for me. I wanted to hug them, but you know - pandemic. It's like having your family fix your car. I will always come back to them, and tell everyone I know about how incredible their sense of community and service is.

My Grand Cherokee recently was struck by falling construction debris while I was driving out of state. AutoSport was able to begin repairs within one week. AutoSport worked well with my insurance company and AutoSport kept me informed of their progress on the repairs. I am a fussy customer when it comes to my vehicles. Since my Jeep has black pearl paint - and pearls can be hard to match - I was concerned about paint match. AutoSport matched the paint perfectly! The Jeep now looks new again. I hope I never need AutoSport's services again, but I will return if I do.
